Mrs. Theresia began her career in 1977 when she worked with Public Notary Office of Wiratni Ahmadi, S.H, in Bandung. She completed her education in Law Faculty from Tanjungpura University, Pontianak in 1973, continued education majoring in Notary from Pajajaran University, Bandung in 1978. Serves as President Commissioners of the company since January 5th 2007

Her experiences in legal will be beneficial to the Company to preserve the legal, regulatory and other issues related to shareholder rights.

 

 

 

 

 

HadiHadi Purnama Widjaya
Independent Commissioner

Mr Hadi Purnama began his career in different manufacturing and distribution companies. His experience during 27 years in building materials distribution companies ranging from Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Operational Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be very valuable for the Company.

Mr. Hadi Purnama also served as HR Director (2007 to 2010) in a group of company with 3,500 employees. Currently, he holds the position of President Director of a manufacturing company.

Independent Commissioner

Mr. Donisius holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa in 1989. Currently serves as director of a housing developer company in Bandung. Started his career at national banking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TandeanTandean Rustandy, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tandean Rustandy is the founder and president director of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk. He obtained Bachelor of Science from University of Colorado, Boulder and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chicago Booth School of Business University of Chicago. Presently, he is a member of Global Advisory Board of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Under his leadership, the company grew seventy folds from 1993 to 2009 and was selected by Forbes Magazine November 2006 as one of the 200 "Best Under a Billion" companies listed in Asia Pacific Region. The recipient of "The Best CEO" Runner Up by Business Review 2009 and "Indonesia's Young Entrepreneur of the year 2002" by Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Program. In 1987, Tandean was awarded "Honorary Citizen of Boulder, Colorado".

 

 
 

Edy Suyanto, S.E
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Edy serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 5, 2007. He started his career as the management trainee and reached present position after contributing a number of proven success.
 
He obtained Bachelor (SE) degree in Economics from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. Active for many years at Indonesian Ceramic Indusry Association (ASAKI), and on 31st July 2009 was elected vice chairman of the organization for 2009-2012 period.
