Mrs. Theresia began her career in 1977 when she worked with Notary Office of Wiratni Ahmadi, S.H, in Bandung. Completed her education in Law Faculty from Tanjungpura University, Pontianak in 1973, continued education majoring in Notary from Pajajaran University, Bandung in 1978. Serves as President Commissioners of the company since January 5th 2007

 

 

 

 

 

Prof. Heru Subiyantoro, Ph.D.

Mr. Heru obtained master degree in economics from University of Indonesia, master of policy science from GRIPS Tokyo Japan and Ph.D in Business Administration (Finance) from Nanzan University, Nagoya, Japan. Currently he is the Director for Regional Financial Evaluation and Information Systems, Ministry of Finance Republic Indonesia, also lecturing at the School of Graduate Studies at University of Indonesia and serving as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2001.

 

 

 

 

Tandean Rustandy, MBA
Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Tandean is the founder of the Company, served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director since 1993. He has Master of Business Administraion (MBA) degree from the Chicago Booth School of Business, the University of Chicago, USA. In 2002 Mr. Tandean was awarded "Indonesia Young Enterpreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Indra serves as Chief Financial Officer in January 5, 2007. He started his career in Prasetio, Utomo & Co, Registered Public Accountants, a member of Andersen Worldwide SC(1994-2002) and Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja, a member of Ernst & Young Global (2002-2006). He joined the Company in January 2006 and served asCorporate Secretary until now. Obtained Bachelor (SE) degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Catholic University of Atmajaya, Jakarta and he is a Certified Public Accountant
