Plant I

Plant I is located in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang at a land area of 2.65 ha and commenced commercial production in June 1995. During the outset of operation, Plant I operated two production lines with an installed annual capacity of 2.8 million sqm. After machineries modification, the production capacity was 3.78 million sqm per year.

Plant II

Two years later a new plant was built on a land area of 9.5 ha in Cikande - Serang, the second plant commenced production in July 1997 with an annual capacity of 4.5 million sqm. In December 2008 the production capacity was 15.9 million sqm per year as a result of Plant IIB expansion and the wall tile manufacturing plant (Plant IIC) expansion.

Plant III

Years passed the Company had continued to grow. In May 2002, the third plant was built in Gresik East Java on a land area of 7.2 hectares having three production lines, Plant IIIA, Plant IIIB and the newly added Plant IIIC which commenced its operation last year 2009.

Plant IIIC was built with a modern structural design, equipped with high technology machineries and caring for calm and greenery environment and is currently operating for commercial production. By the completion of Plant IIIC First Phase, the production capacity of Plant III becomes  7.560.000 sqm per year.
